At Ever Sol, we curate seasonal styles and products through our trusted partner network. As we do not directly ship or fulfill physical products, all orders are managed by our partners.

Returns & Exchanges All return and exchange requests are handled by the respective partner or brand fulfilling your order. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@eversol.store within 14 days of receiving your order and we will connect you with the appropriate partner.

Refunds Refunds are subject to the return policy of the fulfilling partner. Once a return is approved and processed by our partner, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at shop@eversol.store with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our partner to resolve the issue promptly.
